We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Process
To start a return, contact us at support@glowendecor.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
